Software platform only

Dashbord is a software platform that helps users automate their own billing — creating quotes, obtaining approvals, issuing invoices, generating third-party payment links and sending reminders. We provide tools; how you use them, and the dealings you have with your customers, are your responsibility.

We do not collect payments on your behalf

• Dashbord does not act as your agent, representative, mercantile agent or debt collector, and does not act as or on behalf of any company, business or ABN holder for any purpose.
• Dashbord does not collect, receive, hold, pursue, recover or enforce payments on behalf of you or any other user, whether on or off the platform, except where we expressly agree to do so in writing.
• You are solely responsible for collecting your own payments and for any debt recovery, dispute or arrangement with your customers.

Payment processing

Where a payment link is used, the payment is processed by an independent third-party payment provider (such as Stripe) and funds are settled directly to the user's own connected account under that provider's terms. Dashbord does not take custody of, hold or have access to those funds.

No professional advice

Information provided through the Service and this website is general in nature and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting or debt-collection advice. You should obtain your own professional advice before relying on anything provided through the Service. Any automated or AI-assisted suggestions (such as drafted quotes, reminders or contract notes) are starting points only and must be reviewed by you for accuracy and suitability.

No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
